Education Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

- 30 years of experience in water or hydropower projects
- Worked as a team leader on large hydropower projects
- Experience in handling World Bank-funded projects
- Good at planning, managing contracts, and solving people’s issues in projects
2. Advisor (Projects) Northern Areas
Education Needed:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
Skills and Experience:
- 20 years of experience working on large projects like dams or roads
- Good experience managing hydropower projects in Northern Areas
3. Advisor HR & Logistics
Education Needed:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or Master’s in Public Administration (MPA)
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in high-level government or public sector roles
- Skilled in managing people and solving HR-related issues
- Experience in handling transportation and logistics, especially in tough areas like Northern Areas
4. Advisor/Consultant on Geo-Tech Engineering (DBDP)
Education Needed:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geo-Tech
- PhD is a plus
Skills and Experience:
- 20 years of experience working on soil and earth-related engineering projects
- Experience in government or semi-government work
5. Advisor/Consultant (Sports)
Education Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
